My Aim Is For You To Love Leading.
I only work with a handful of leaders 1:1 at any time because this isn’t surface-level support. It’s deep, personal, and tailored to you.
What it looks like:
- 75-minute calls every 2–3 weeks.
- Voice note and email support between sessions.
- Minimum 3-month commitment (because change takes time).
- Option to extend or shift into monthly/quarterly check-ins.
Coaching is held online, with occasional in-person deep-dive days if needed. We start with a call to see if this is the right fit.
The Independent 360
Even the most self-aware leaders have blind spots. And the higher you climb, the harder it becomes to find someone who’ll tell you the truth unfiltered, unvarnished, and without agenda.
For those seeking extra clarity, the Independent 360 is available as an optional, premium add‑on.
In this upgrade, I speak with six to eight people who work closely with you for twenty to thirty minutes each, building a clear, candid portrait of how your leadership is experienced by those around you.
Why conversation, not a questionnaire?
Because dialogue allows us to go deeper. It gets beneath the surface and uncovers insights that no tick-box ever will.
